This FREE guide will support you with how to complete the milk challenge when breastfeeding to help to diagnose if you baby has CMPA. I would say to use this alongside my CMPA Breastfeeding – the milk challenge blog.
The milk challenge should only be complete in baby’s with suspected non IgE (delayed) cows milk protein allergy.
Before completing the milk challenge you should have had a full assessment from a health professional checking your baby’s symptoms.
If it is felt that your baby has CMPA symptoms then you should have been advised to follow a strict milk free weaning diet for 2-4 weeks. Check out my blog here for more info on CMPA symptoms.
