Most toddlers go through a fussy eating phase, but if you’re dreading meal times and you’re exhausted by trying to get your infant to eat the right things, it might be time for some extra fussy eating advice and support from a fussy eating dietitian.

Having struggled through fussy eating with both my daughters, I know how frustrating and upsetting it can be when your little one refuses to eat what you put in front of them.

Through a mix of tried and tested techniques, and science-backed nutritional information, I can support you and your toddler to make sure they start eating a nutritionally balanced diet and create a relaxed and calm eating environment.

Get your mealtimes back on track

There’s plenty of advice out there about how to coax your fussy eater to eat everything you put in front of them, and it can be very overwhelming, especially when nothing you try seems to work! While fussy eating can often be a phase your child will grow out of, it’s important that they’re eating a nutritionally complete diet, as well as enough food to sustain their growth and development.

As a registered dietitian, I can tell you whether your little one is getting the nutrients they need, and give suggestions for tried and tested techniques that can help to increase the variety in your toddlers diet. Getting an understanding of your current mealtime routines and your eating environment is important, which is why I carry out an in-depth consultation before giving you tailored, practical advice.
