I’m also not going to leave you after your baby is born, I’m here for you in the postnatal period. I’ll support both you and your little one.

Not only am I a fully qualified and experienced dietitian, I’m also a mum of two! I have a combination of science-backed knowledge, and real-life, practical experience of raising little ones.

I’ve been where you are now. I understand the struggles of being a mum, and how difficult it can be to navigate all the information out there. 

That’s why I’ll always provide you with practical, easy-to-follow guidelines for you and your baby. I’ll also empower you with the tools you need to know you’re making the best nutritional decisions going forward.

I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience through media work, and I regularly write articles on pregnancy and childhood nutrition for various publications. I’ve also appeared on TV’s channel 5 as an advisory dietitian for the programme ‘Secrets Of Your Supermarket Food’.

From planning and pregnancy, all the way to preschool, I’ll be here to make sure you and your little one are getting the best nutrition possible.

Pregnancy, weaning, and mealtime routines won’t always go smoothly, especially if you follow a vegan diet, or if your baby has a milk allergy.

You don’t have to go through this alone, with only Google as your guide. Having an expert who you can turn to can be a huge relief, and you can rest assured that you’re making the right nutritional decisions for yourself and your baby.

Flexible online appointments

I know that being a parent can be chaotic and stressful, which is why I offer my one-to-one consultations online for maximum flexibility.

As well as initial assessment appointments, I offer follow-ups that can be between 15 and 45 minutes, depending on whether you just need a quick chat, or more in depth advice.

I also have plenty of free resources you can access immediately, such as easy to follow recipes, weaning guides, and science-backed articles on the latest guidelines for pregnancy and childhood nutrition.
