I’m Hannah Whittaker, a registered dietitian, and an expert in pregnancy and childhood nutrition.
During your pregnancy I can help you to ensure your diet is nutritionally balanced and adapted to each stage. I can also support you with recovery in the post natal period.
As your baby gets older I can help you navigate any feeding challenges you might experience, from milk/food allergies, to fussy eating or sensory food aversion.
As we work together, I’ll give you the knowledge and confidence to know that you’re making the right decisions when it comes to feeding your infant, whilst taking care of your own wellbeing.

Nutritional advice in books and on the internet changes constantly and often contradicts itself. It can be overwhelming when you’re trying to make good nutritional decisions not just for yourself, but for your little one as well. I can support you when you don’t know where to turn and your head is spinning with conflicting advice.

Pregnancy, weaning, and mealtime routines won’t always go smoothly, especially if you follow a modified diet, or if your baby has allergies.
You don’t have to go through this alone, with only Google as your guide. Having an expert who you can turn to can be a huge relief, and you can rest assured that you’re making the right nutritional decisions for yourself and your baby.
Flexible online appointments
I know that being a parent can be chaotic and stressful, which is why I offer my one-to-one consultations online for maximum flexibility.
As well as initial assessment appointments, I offer follow-ups that can be between 15 and 45 minutes, depending on whether you just need a quick chat, or more in depth advice.
I also have plenty of free resources you can access immediately, such as easy to follow recipes, weaning guides, and science-backed articles on the latest guidelines for pregnancy and childhood nutrition.
