I can support you when you don’t know where to turn and your head is spinning with conflicting advice.
How can I help you?
I am an expert in CMPA and in vegan pregnancy and I have the knowledge and personal experience to support and empower you on your journey. Read on to find out how I can help you, or feel free to get in touch.
Vegan pregnancy Expert
Do you have questions about vegan diets in pregnancy and are a little worried that you may not be meeting your requirements for some important nutrients?
I support vegan women throughout their pregnancy and ensure that their diets are nutritionally balanced and adapted to each stage. Yes, you can have a healthy pregnancy when following a vegan diet and I’m here to shout this from the rooftops and support you.
Once your little one is born I can also then support both you and your infant in the postnatal period.
Support with CMPA (cows milk protein allergy)
Do you feel that no one is listening and your baby is showing all the symptoms of CMPA? Would you like to get a proper diagnosis, guidance on how to support your baby with symptoms, and help with navigating weaning?
Your baby may have tested negative for CMPA, but they’re still experiencing negative symptoms and now you’re not sure where to turn.
If you feel that your baby has a cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA) I’m here to support you. I am passionate about your baby getting the correct diagnosis and I will empower you to navigate your CMPA journey with ease.
